British Forces background. I ended my stint in the Army as a PTI (Physical Training Instructor) establishing on entrance to the forces that my passion was training, merging this background with a private sector coaching career ever since. MMA background: Boxing/ kick Boxing/ Wrestling/ Aikido/ Ju-Jitsu.
I like Coaching all levels of individuals from, novice to advanced in strength and conditioning, body building, sculpting, Weight management and general fitness and well-being..
I do get a big kick out of rehabilitating broken bodies back into peak condition. People returning into training from injury and of course fixing people up in the Core, shoulders, Rotator Cuff, upper back, lower back zones, where either work/lifestyle has damaged their posture. Giving these simple usually unconsidered issues the right attention, leading them back to a better quality of life is a very cool thing indeed.

Anita’s number one passion in her life is Health and Fitness.
